All of us at FT Outdoors are thrilled to be the sole provider of apparel for the NWTF chapter program. The following are several reasons we think you will greatly appreciate your experience with FT Outdoors.
Reason #1 - The owners of FT Outdoors are avid Turkey Hunters. Our personal stamp of approval is on every apparel item we offer.
Reason #2 - Being a large screen printer and embroiderer, we have had an opportunity to provide embellished apparel for the major brands at retail. As a result, our team at FT Outdoors has a clear understanding of what consumers are looking for each season.
Reason #3 - Our product line is designed and developed in-house. This is done to ensure that everything we offer is consistent with what we believe NWTF chapter members are looking for in their apparel.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We base our shipping charges on the weight of your order and the current rates of the specified carrier. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we’ll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we’ll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total weight of your order. For all methods of delivery, we recommend that someone be available to accept the package.
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of credit card authorization.
- Orders will be shipped via USPS ground or United Parcel Service (UPS) ground.
- Shipment status and tracking information will be provided through email.
- We cannot ship to any destination outside of the United States at this time.
Return Policy
At FT Outdoors, our goal is simple: We want you to feel confident with your online purchase and will work to make sure every product you receive meets your expectations. You may return merchandise purchased online for size, fit or style reasons within 30 days of shipment of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or excessively worn.
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized apparel. For more information, please contact Customer Service at support@buyft.com or (336) 427-0265.
Gift cards and online gift certificates also are not eligible for return.
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery at support@buyft.com or (336) 427-0265. Please have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation email. FT Outdoors will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
